RESOLUTION OF AWARD NO. 04-10

WHEREAS, on March 1, 2010, INVITATION TO BID (ITB-003-10) for the Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for Emergency Shelter Assistance to victims of Tornado at Barangay Bololmala, Tupi, South Cotabato was posted at the GEPS and LGU-Tupi website and in conspicuous place at the premises of the municipality;

WHEREAS, at 9:00 o’clock in the morning of March 9, 2010, sealed bids was accepted and publicly opened on the same day at 10:30 o’clock in the morning and thereafter deliberated matters arising from the opening of bids;

WHEREAS, two bidders signified intention to bid, submitted bid documents and were found eligible and read as per Abstract of Bids hereto attached;

WHEREAS, on the basis of preliminary and detailed examination of the quotation of KORONADAL V&E BUILDERS AND CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY, it has been found to be in order, in all respect complying as to Technical specifications and considered as the lowest calculated bid.

WHEREFORE, above premises considered, the undersigned recommends to award Purchase Order to KORONADAL V&E BUILDERS AND CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY being the lowest calculated and responsive bid that has been determined as technically and financially capable to supply and deliver construction materials.
