Native residents at Tablao Hill in Linan captured two more tarsiers. This concludes that the hill is indeed one of their habitats. According to local residents they recovered the primates on Sunday, January 24, 2010.

Meanwhile the Local Government of Tupi is rushing everything in order to protect the known Tarsier habitat in Linan, particularly Tablao hill.

Mayor Valentin G. Mariano, Jr., ordered his staff to conduct immediate survey and validation and speed up in protecting the area.
