The Municipal Government of Tupi, South Cotabato thru the Bids and Awards Committee invites interested suppliers/dealers to submit sealed bids for the following:

Project: Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for the Concreting of Claro M. Recto Street, Poblacion, Tupi, South Cotabato

ABC    :         Php 602,882.50

Bid forms for the specification and other bidding requirements maybe obtained at the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Office, Tupi, South Cotabato upon the payment of One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00) at the Office of the Municipal Treasurer on February 2, 2010.

Bids must be accompanied with bidder’s bond in the form of cash, cashier’s/manager’s check equal to two percent (2%) or a guaranteed bond issued by GSIS or any surety establishments in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bidded price.

Sealed bids shall be accepted until 9:00 o’clock in the morning of February 9, 2010, and then publicly opened on same day at 10:30 o’clock in the morning.

The Committee on Bids and Awards reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects or information in the bids received, to accept the most advantageous bid for the Municipal Government of Tupi and in case of any violations made against existing laws, rules and regulations regarding procurement system, the Committee may defer the awarding of bids in a future date and schedule a rebid.

The decision of the Committee of Bids and Awards shall be final and executory.
